    it's still interesting and ill keep an eye but being standalone doubles its price compared to a tethered controller, 1600Eur / 1800USD is too much for a single piece of gear IMO.

    Yeah its too rich for me also, I'll be sticking with my live for the time being, hopefully the trickle down will be an enhanced feature set for the mpcs which will be a crowd pleaser for sure..

    Yeah the cats well and truly out to f the bag now, it's pretty impressive looking too, I can't afford to be an early adopter but I see a used unit in my future for sure.. you've gotta hand it to Akai they surely are upping Their game considerably..
