looks dope, although it's a shame if theres no dedicated screen and you have to look the maschine GUI on a retina-display at a macbook pro...

If Maschine worked well with touch I would GAS hard for this plus a Microsoft Surface.

I'm kinda sold on the Micro MK3, I'm sat in front of a 42 in screen and have Komplete Kontrol S49 MK1 in front of that. I just wonder if the 8 knobs on the S49 can somehow be replacements for the knobs missing on the Micro MK3.

Well , they do work pretty much the same , you can 100% record automation into Maschine with them , and control plugins , browse , control arp and scale features
The touch macro feature is missing from the mk2 and it’s been a while since I used the mk1 but it worked well in Maschine

I feel like it would be hard to select scales & chord modes on the Mikro MK3. I remember one of the major annoyances of Mikro MK2 for me was not be able to see what chords were what on a Chord Set. With that tiny screen it will add difficulty to selecting scales and chords.

Is it true that the Mikro MK3 will NOT have a midi-mode? The midi mode on the studio/mk3 is a huge boon to my workflow.

Can anyone confirm one way or the other if the Mikro MK3 can be used as a generic pad controller in midi mode?
