    This is so poor! The support does nothing if the problem is not on the priority list. NI is just putting feature over feature in their software, to catch up with the Industrie. But if some of these things don´t work as advertised you are stuck with these buggy features.     Fabian, i have sent about 4 emails since 11 Feb to support and nobody is responding

    What the actual fook do i have to do to get a response, support has always been poor but this is ridiculous

    I forwarded your ticket number. Another thing you can do is provide an alternative email adress, since sometimes (actually pretty much always when not receiving an answer) emails get blocked by spam filters etc.

    and what happened with the repair of the latest version? What happened with the reverse in flux mode that still does not work in time code mode?
