Any official word on the state of NI

    Currently they aren't responding to emails or any posts on this forum.

    According to the standard reply from emails:

    "We are currently reorganizing our whole Order Management System in order to provide you with an even better and improved service. Due to the complex technical migration, short delays in delivery and billing can emerge in individual cases."

    Now, when computer systems go completely belly up, they can cause real problems for a company. Little known fact, a complete IT collapse results in bankruptcy in 50% of cases. If NI are having major problems with IT systems this can knock on to MAJOR problems for the whole company.

    So, is there any word from anyone in NI to let the increasing number of angry customers know that there is still life in NI?

    It seems extremely worrying that no one has responded to this post...

    One would have at least expected a "Don't worry we are doing everything we can"

    But nothing?

    The more posts I read the more concerned I am becoming about the order I placed. The only reason I came to the forums in the first place was to find out why no one was responding to my sales requests... I don't think I would have ordered anything had I read these posts first.

    I just want to know Has my order been shipped? and if not WHY? (3 to 4 working days has now turned into 8 = $129 shipping waste)

    This is still going on? It took me a month to get my issue resolved and that involved 'going to the top'

    For sure, something is still desperately wrong. Presumably with their new order management s/w. I'm guessing they are not having much joy fixing it. A disastrous s/w rollout can take a long time to repair, and I hope they can succeed before they get in REAL trouble.

    there have been some changes in the structures/ processes, but they are already a while back. Please share me with your specific request basis. It concerns the U.S. support? I try to help you as much I can!

    Thanks for replying, signs of life!

    I finally got a resolution after over a month of ignored emails, I suggest you read this forum. Many people are posting here because of zero response to emails to support. There are many cases of weeks going by without response. Just read this forum, and you will see why I think your support system has been overwhelmed.

    If the changes in structures and processes where a while back NI should delete this message from the mails that they send out:

    "We are currently reorganizing our whole Order Management System in order to provide you with an even better and improved service. Due to the complex technical migration, short delays in delivery and billing can emerge in individual cases.
    We are working intensely on the fluent implementation of the new system, and we would like to apologize for possible inconveniences."

    We also had that text in the order confirmation we got in the mail not even 2 weeks ago. ;)
