Anyone else have problems pre-ordering Kontakt 2 upgrade?

I went to NI's online shop and filled out all of the necessary info, but I kept getting an invalid username message in red. I'm sure I have the correct username. I don't know what is going on?

I've emailed NI and hopefully will receive a response soon.

I have the sama problem. I spend the entire day trying to upgrade, but every time I hit submit I get the same message you had. I sent several emails to NI and even tried to call their US number to no avail.

Beware of 2?

I have posted about the testing of Kontakt2 and not heard anything back?

I am running a G4Dual 1.25, OSX 10.3.8,
Cubase SX3, and M-Audio Firewire410.

I have learned to wait and see rather than jumping on the new product.

I hope all is smooth for the anxious?

It would be nice to hear from NI about the Beta systems used.

 

I just went to sweetwater and ordered my upgrade, they should get some in on April the 8th

 

Grace period update?

Anyone know how to pre-order Kontakt 2 with the grace period discount? I see the grace period information on their "update info" link, but there is no discount option on their pre-orders! How does NI usually handle grace period updates? (this is my first NI product). Thanks!

thanks for the sweetwater tip. i would have never thought of a third party for program updates (used to sx updates only being available from steinberg). not only did the order actually go through, but it was cheaper and they're doing free shipping!

April is going to be a cool month^_*

 

They do, a little cheaper plus free shipping. However, I called them yesterday, they said they weren't expecting stock until the END of April! I'd rather pay a little more and get it quicker! ;-)
