Anyone Have Experience with Chicken Sys. Kontakt Assistant

Nothing like paying for software and finding out you're a beta tester!

 

Kontakt 5 has been out for 10 months now. Strange to sell software for Kontakt if it's incompatible with new releases that long.

 

Three weeks have passed since Garth promised that the bulk editor would be finished by the end of the week. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.

Sorry, Garth, but I've lost faith in your company, and am giving up on Kontakt Assistant. I would ask for my money back, but I don't have a tremendous amount of faith that that would be honored.

 

more like alpha tester...Chicken systems is not beta yet. The money I sent will spend without any problems, they won't have to call me or email or anything.

They got one file to work in KA, I still can't use Kontakt assistiant to manage my library. Translator and and KA both are just dead files on my disk. Riley

This thread is over 2 years old - I'm not sure why you are posting to such an old thread. If you have issues with Kontakt Assistant, contact the company themselves and I'm sure they'll help you to the best of their ability.

 

I was interested too in Kantakt Assistant, but after i read this post, for me chickensys company is not serious company.

 

Stop damaging the reputation of companies you know nothing about. Developers need Chickensys for Translator, it's the only one of its kind.

 

Sorry Niels, but If a company sell a product and TAKE a MONEY for this product that doesnt work right, than this company is for me not serious.
1. they should not sell the product
2. if something goes wrong, they should pay money back

 

If that is true, yes, but you're basing your judgement on false assumptions because this thread is about problems 4 years ago. Do you see anybody complaining about current versions?

 

if i should trust to a company, for me is important to know also the history... I dont say, that the company doesnt have top specialists, but if you sell a product, you should help to solve the problems. I was reacting to this thread, because i wanted buy KA, but now im uncertain.

You sound as reasonable as the average Trump supporter. You think you know a company because of what some guys write on the internet, lol.

I know ChickenSys, they are a small company of top specialists with passion for their product, they even changed functionality of Translator after I told them what I was trying to do. I don't have Kontakt Assistant, but Translator is one of a kind.

 

As I see according to your poor words , for me it is a waste of time to answer you further.

 

Well yeah, there's no way you can justify damaging the rep of a small, important and vulnerable company. Was nice to see you try though

 

anyone know up to what versino of kontakt it works?

or if there is anything out there to help with creating kontakt libraries?

 

I only have Translator. Did you email their support?
