    For me 2.1.1.
worked fine except I disabled multi core.
The update was geared more towards the dvs and. timecode users. So most of it all is irrelevant for controllers(s4).
But it does seem better (smoother)
I could swear the sound quality is better. More defined and punchy. Maybe I just reset something with the install.
My latency is the same. All updates and s4 software from day one have seemed to be a magic number of 256 for me.
    No problems so far.
But then again if I tweaked my system to fit 2.1.1. I cant really know if the update changed anything for me.

There are a few complaints from timecode users but not much... Even if thirty people have problems thats not much.

the brand new update has been out for a few days and so far i havent heard any complaints , lets hope this keeps up if so i update after the weekend.
personally i`ve got it on 128(it worked fine on 63 samples as well) samples now and turned the limiter off!
now all places i work allready got an limiter in their systems so having two limiters really kills some of the dynamics. just have keep an eye on your levels and it will work fine without the limiter and it will sound better!

    What is 63samples?
I think the sound difference might just be that the eq is more responsive.
My latency was high using Torq software also. same laptop.

Just a heads up I logged in on the Ni site for the update.
I tried the service center app. and it kept downloading to 99% then disconnecting did that probably ten times. The NI site had heavy traffic and took about two hours of trying to even get in. But downloaded the whole file.

It works fine for me. I prepared and spun a quick 6 song set with multiple cue points and loops. Very few effects, but they worked fine when I needed them (use a Midifighter for effects). CPU load was a bit less than usual with 2.1.1 but still wasn't minimal like 2.0.3.

    Running on a 13" Macbook 2.2ghz Core 2 Duo, 4gb ram and OS X 10.5.8 Leopard.
