    Just for the record, the tech support phone has been busy all day, I've now been on hold for 20 minutes, and my expected hold time is increasing. . . Oh yeah, this is actually the sales line since I could only get a busy signal on the tech support line. . . That's really bad.

    BTW, the reason I'm calling is I can't register the product I paid for. My Komplete 4 serial number won't work for Kontakt 2, one of its components. So, this is a Service Center issue--big surprise. Eliminating Service Center entirely would do wonders for NI's customer service reputation.

    just want to say that I did get in touch w customer support about 15 minutes after posting the above and that the people have always been cool and helpful
