AP program change in Max/MSP vst~ object?

    I'm running AP very nicely inside of the max vst~ object... but I am unable to figure out how to change programs.

    at this point I have to open the plug-in interface and select the program. I *should* be able to automate this so that when my patch opens, the correct piano loads.

    I already tried using .fxb files.

    any ideas?
