.aps to midi file conversion possible?

    I did a quick search of this forum to see if there had been any discussion of this.

    Can you convert a .aps file to a midi file? I had done a recorded improv back in November and would now like to work on it some more, but hopefully without having to go back and lift the whole thing from the audio playback.

    Thanks for any help you can give...
