Are Rounds and Kontour included in the S61 Komplete 10 Crossgrade bundle?

Are Rounds and Kontour included in the S61 with Komplete 10 Crossgrade bundle?

The box I have has pictures of Rounds on it and the download page seems to imply you get both products with Komplete 10 but the bundle licence key I enter into the service centre app doesn't activate them.

so am I entitled to them?
and if so how do I activate them?

 

Yes, Rounds and Kontour are included in both K10-Standard and K10-Ultimate and must be downloaded separately from here:
http://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-10/downloads/

HOW DO I ACTIVATE THEM! Where do I get the keys from because the bundle key doesn't seem to activate them

Did you already activate the Komplete 10 Crossgrade itself succesfully?

In case Rounds and Kontour are not activated automatically in Service Center, usually you use the same K10-serial for the bundled instruments as well. Otherwise contact NI support: http://www.native-instruments.com/en/company/contact-ni/

I did use the same key it doesn't work

I reinstalled everything it seems to be ok
