ARRRGGH! FM8 won't activate!

    I had to erase and reinstall my system, and took the opportunity to move to Leopard 10.5.1.

    I already reinstalled Kontakt 2 (using downloaded from NI leopard installer patch) and activated (using downloaded from NI latest Service Center) without any problems - Kontakt is working fine.

    But, FM8 refuses to activate. I have tried:

    1. install from original DVD
    2. install from original DVD using patched installer downloaded from NI
    3. install from 1.0.3 "leopard-compatible" version downloaded from NI

    Each time, I have activated using the latest Service Center, which says the activation works and reports "all products activated". But, if I try to open FM8, I still get the "not yet activated" message. If I then go into Service Center, it will go through activation process again, and again report activation successful. But, again, if I try to start FM8 I get the "not yet activated" message.

    All my software is paid for and legitimate but I'm starting to understand why some people use the other kind... :-(

    btw, I should just add that I have already filled out the registration support form and sent the file created by Service Center but I was hoping for a faster response... can anyone help?
