Besides Richie Hawtin it's the first real big name I see with the Maschine live on stage.

Just wanted to share it with you!

chris liebing is also using maschine but in a much better way than hawtin, because he is using it heavily

 

man suicide that is a thumper. i was just rockin that in my studio,,, that bass had me ear to ear lol. was that all in maschine or was that maschine and live?

 

Haha thanks a lot flux. That was basically just Maschine and for the Synth Parts i used Massive, which was controlled from the MPD32. I also used some eq within life.

so how were you controlling massive with maschine? inside live?

 

Indeed Massive was hosted within Life and i triggered the clips from Maschines midi control mode. On Stage everything was controlled from Maschine and it was a blast. After all those years playing life with thousands of cables and different sequencers i really like a small setup

suicide i'm primarily involved in underground style hip hop but was so inspired by you and deadmau5 that i did 3 house (dnb i don't know what ya call em to many sub genres lets just say big bang in your head tracks!) when i get time later on today i'll post em lol good fun using that step sequencer.

glad to hear that for me its the other way around. Since i own Maschine i do more and more hip hop stuff. Ok not real Hip Hop more like a mix of electronics and Hip Hop Looking forward to your stuff.

Quality isn't the greatest but here is myself using Maschine live @ Wembley Arena a couple of weeks ago. I used it to control Ableton Live and trigger loops and samples live. 8 Shows 8 arenas and no problems. Rock solid. (Pic below is of my live setup in Liverpool UK)

wow allen that is insane... I would love to see how you put the brick house remix together and what work you did to it. ( just cause i find that stuff fascinating as I'm sure many of us would) thats dope !
