I just installed the Arturia Collection V, VST, AXX and AU plugins. All plugins are up to date, Komplete Kontrol software and hardware are up to date, but I still can't see my new Arturia instruments in the Library tab in Komplete Kontrol.

They do show in Preferences -> Plugins
The locations tab is set to search Plugins/VST folders on Macintosh HD and User folders.

In the Preferences -> Library, I have no Arturia folders. But I can't add them here, as this is factory folders. Only place I can add the Arturia folders is in User library. And I don't think this is the solution? If I do, the instruments don't get the graphics and integration as seen on the demos/adverts.

Can someone please tell me what to try next? I also did a reinstall of Komplete Kontrol, but with no luck.

Can you see the plugins in the plugins dropdown menu? It sounds like maybe they didn't get scanned in.

There should certainly be folders in the factory database preferences tab.

Yes, they do appear in the dropdown. But for some reason I can't access them in other ways than the User library. See the screenshot for details.
As you can see, the plugins are not categorized, and they do not have any thumbnails.

Did you run KK in stand alone?
Close out KK and run the update for Arturia again.
Launch KK stand alone. Keep in mind you must use 64 bit plugins.
Also, rescan the factory library in preferences without any single entry selected.

Also note that if you add the folders to the user library, they can't be added to the factory library. So don't add factory content to the user path. If you have the remove those libraries from the user path. Then do a rescan of the Factory library.

I had a problem with Arturia stuff not showing up earlier in the week. I'd previously installed everything under Windows 10 and all the Arturia stuff worked ok. I had to roll back the OS to an 8.1 image due to non-NI related issues and when I updated KK and loaded the Arturia stuff I found that although it showed up there were no icons. I had to copy a bunch of resources from where the installers had put them to where they were on the working Windows 10 install then it all worked. If you're running Windows let me know and I'll have a look later and see if I can remember what I moved!

What plugin are you trying to load presets for?
