Solved Ashlight Upgrade price not for Komplete 13 UCE owners?

Hi,

I was about to purchase Ashlight for the introductory upgrade price of £89 but it says the upgrade is only for users of Pharlight and Straylight, I have both with my Komplete 13 Ultimate Collectors edition, why can't I use this upgrade?

I’m the same. Own straylight and Pharlight and system telling me that I don’t!

Same boat. Made the mistake of buying the upgrade, and now I am stuck with a "Demo" product as it wont activate in Native Access saying I don't have the base products; yet I can clearly see both Pharlight and Straylight.

it looks like the upgrade is only for people having the other two libraries separate from Komplete!
Big joke in my opinion! Who got the bigger libraries like Pharlight and Straylight, but not Komplete?
And why can I buy it when it is not usable for me!

I hope NI have some good answers for us!

 

NI Support got back to me. They are aware and yes Komplete user qualify for it, but it will be a day or two to fix it seems

Is there no upgrade price for Straylight/Pharlight owners?

 

There was an introductory price but that expired 2 days ago.
