    Hi folks,
    1.
Is there a way to use scripts only for special groups or to exclude scripts for special groups? E.g. I want to have a legato script only become effective for single group(s) of samples.

    2.
How can I manage to change the LFO type (from sinus to rectangle) by controller while playing?
I added a LFO in the "Source" of a group that is changing the pitch. Now mono aftertouch controls the intensity of the pitch in the "Modulation" section (down the "Send Effects" in the rack). Is it possible to change the LFO type in the "Source" section of the group or in the "Modulation" section?

    Thanks a lot for response!

    Hi Soilent,

While scripts can disable or enable groups, scripts process input MIDI data and do not know which K2 group might respond, except indirectly. If the groups you are refering to have some other distinguishing characteristic, you might be able to have the script be somewhat 'group' selective.

For example, if Group#1 covers the bottom of the keyboard and Group#2 covers the top of the keyboard, you can have the script respond to only the bottom or top of the keyboard and thus indirectly apply to only one of the two groups. If the groups have common notes, then unless you are layering the sounds, you must already be using some means of selecting which group is active (such as a keyswitch). If this is the case, you could have the script sense the control keys and activate itself when appropriate. It may just be a matter of arranging the group/zone layout to cooperate with the script.
I don't know of any way that you can change the LFO waveshape externally.
