Assistance with Native Access Direct Download links on Mac

    Hi, I have been having the annoying problem that downloads via the Native Access gateway are incredibly slow. I have tried a few things to try and increase the download speed, but nothing has worked so far.
    I read that on other threads that you can find a direct download link, but these threads refer to Windows OS. Can anyone please help me locate these direct download addresses on a mac OS?

    Can you post links to those threads so there is some context. I am not aware of any "Direct Download" links to products, unless the user had a special circumstance and it was provided to them by NI

    Ah...I see, well one thing you could do is start a download, pause as directed then search for any files or folders created around the time you started the download...That is what I would do.

    I have tried doing that. But it is not so easy as I believe the file is hidden and folders don't show updated dates if the file in the folder has been edited but the folder has not.

    I know how to reveal hidden folders/files. But it is not that simple. Folders do not update their last time edited unless the folder itself was edited. It does not update if there is a new file that was created in it. Furthermore, searching heaps of folders to see if there was a new file created in it is a big pain in the butt.

    I have contacted them via that form and the assistance provided was not very helpful. They provided me with a direct download link for the one bank I was trying to download, but I am trying to download multiple banks and some of the download information is stating it will take 18 hours to download.

    Was that long ago ? If you are still in contact and mention your download problems, I'm sure they will give you what you need. If not, it's worth reaching out again. We don't distribute these links a lot because they have a tendency to appear in blogs, forums, etc...

    I have the exact same issue . Just purchased komplete 13 and it seems this issue has not been fixed at all . There is no way in hell I am paying for something that will take me months to download .That is just not a realistic situation that any company could make . Is there a way to get direct downloads , and if that's not possible a refund ?

    If I download via NA. it works fast. Even at this time of Sale when many people have bulk downloads. I usually get from NI download speed aproximately 70% of my IPS download speed. I get about 70 megabit/s from NI. it is about 100 GB in four hours.

    But, if one needs to download 800 GB or so of K13U CE, it takes many hours. It is a lot of data, 200 DVDs .....

    I have tried the support contact , but have yet to receive any reply . Some of the smaller files ( 20mb - 100mb ) I can download but even what should take a second or two is taking 10minutes . The larger files I am not even trying to download as they fail with unknown error and have an estimated time of multiple days .

    Have you received confirmation email that they accepted your Ticket? If not, something went wrong and I would not expect any reply. It did not reach the Ticketing system, or you have filled wrong email address. Or, look into the SPAM folder....
