Attempting to run Sibelius Sounds through Kontakt Player 2.

    Hello; I am attempting to run Sibelius Sounds, found in the 'Sibelius Software' folder in the Applications folder of my Mac, in Kontakt Player 2. When I try to load one of the NKI files, I receive the following message.

    "There was an error trying to acquire a license for this patch. Error message: You haven't entered a serial number yet. Please use the Service Center to enter the correct serial number."

    So I've gone to the Service Center application multiple times only to see that all of my products (Garritan Personal Orchestra, Garritan Personal Orchestra KP2, Kontakt Player 2) are indeed activated.

    Can someone help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks so much :)

    Sounds like the Sibelius Sounds weren't installed correctly. I would re-run the Sibelius Sounds installer.
