AU Validation Failure

Hello all.

I have been using Spektral Delay with Logic for a long time now, but my hard drive crashed and I've had to reinstall everything from scratch. The problem is that Spektral Delay no longer passes Logic's AU validation, even though I've applied the 1.5.7 AU Hotfix patch to Spektral Delay. It even says v1.5.7 in the "About" pane.

I'm using Logic 7.1.1 and OXS 10.4.5. Everything else is running fine, and Spektral Delay used to run fine with the exact same setup. Any clues?

I have contacted NI support about a week ago, and of course their advice is to install 1.5.7, which I had already done previously to contacting them (and noted such).

It's almost like the patch isn't working... The bummer is that I use Spektral Delay quite a bit and this is holding me up considerably.

 

tell AU manager to ignore the failure til you get it sorted. the AU plug ins usually still work ok, you just get an annoying pop up box at logic startup.

its better than nothing... i wouldn't expect NI to be too helpful on the matter.
