    Hey all,

Thanks for any advice, I know everyone here is super clued in, I'm sure wont take long for you to point out my issue.

So I have recently moved back to Aus and have setup all my old gear again. I have a Xone 92 with 2xStanton ST150 that I use 90% of the time as basic mixing with vinyl and listening to records. In the past I DJ a bit using Traktor and timecode Vinyl so I wanted to have it all setup so I can come along plug my laptop in a seamlessly switch from record players going directly into the mixer to through my Audio 4 and use timecode to mix with my Xone 92.

Now I used to have a A10 which from memory did this, I could use my turntables without my laptop or changing any connections. So for example my partner could come home throw a record on without any hassle or plug her laptop in and mix.

Currently though I have set it up so my turntables go into the A4 and then A4 into my Xone 92. But when I play regular records nothing happening, i tried to power the A4 with a usb cable into a wall socket no luck.

So with my current gear is this possible? or do I need to upgrade the A4 to something that works as both a timecode vinyl soundcard + a direct through.

Apologies if my terminology is off, it's been around 5 years since I have used any of this stuff.

Bonus photo of my handmade custom DJ booth.

    Cheers,
    Michael.
