Audio 4 DJ Issues

Hi

I have just brought Traktor Scratch Duo and I am having some issues with the
Audio 4 DJ .

- both phono and line are green and I have downloaded the Settings but it wont open on my laptop so I cant select line . Is there a patch to fix this ?

- also the channel light are red ? and only the in channels are lit .

I thought the setup would be easy but then I am a bit thick when it comes to technical stuff .

Any help would be appreciated.

i had same problem

you def. have to get into settings. after i had fixed that problem i ran into the song pausing so i had to proceed to shut off wifi and now im having sound problems im getting like a slight crackling. good luck

 

I had that problem too, I'm running Windows 7 and Tracktor Scratch Duo. I can't open the Audio 4 DJ Settings tool... I would very much appreciate if anyone could tell us how to enter the application, though with this problems tracks are not played correctly, and it's impossible to use.

there should be a black & grey icon in the bottom right corner of your computer screen. right click and you should be able to access it from there
