    Hi all,

Out of no where I have this issue.
On my Audio 4 DJ the LED for Channel B, In 4 is out, however all the rest are lit up. If I calibrate in Traktor Pro 2 it says "Right Channel Missing", so although the TimeCode aspect still works, I can't scratch or do spin backs.
I have changed the cables around, re-installed the drivers for Audio 4 but with no luck. This is driving me mad, can somebody please help? Thanks.

If the light at Channel B lights RED then 99% there is a damage with the sound card :(
I have in my Auio8 one channel RED so... as far as i know my channel died.

i use turntables and i switched the corecables from the working tt to the defective one and i was still getting the same issue. i then plugged the working tt into channel b of the audio dj and the same issue. but surely if the audio 4dj was defective, then it would light up in red?

Doesnt seems that is defected (as far as i know).
Did you check the output and input routings at the preferences of TSP ?

Yes. Please open a ticket. This sounds like a faulty unit.

Count Zero is right ! But you have Audio4 and you try it with TSP2, ok. Do you have the same problem and with TSP1 (if you have TSP1) - (its just my simple curiosity)

channel B inputs working fine and I can scratch with that

lauti, you need to provide some more info... what are you using, cdj or tt?
have you switched round the leads ? are u seeing ANYTHING in TSP?

u say u hve a green light? i had nothing.. if its tt could be an issue with the needles ? (just thinking out loud here).

in the end i had to send it off and have it repaired. BUT i would check all avenues before you think of doing that, as the turn around time is roughly 3 weeks.

I just fixed it, was a pretty dumb mistake; i had my inputs setup wrong; there was no problem but my stupidity.

    Thanks anyway :)
