Audio 4 Dj USB light flickering and not recognised by Traktor or Mac

hi,

relativily new here.
Been having a problem lately for wich I can't find the solution just yet.
I just upgraded my Macbook Pro (2,4 gighz, 4gig RAM) to OSX lion, and now my audio 4 dj won't be recognised by my mac and also traktor scratch duo. All it does is flicker with the USB light. No red lights, just the USB light flickering.
Does this have anything to do with OSX lion? I noticed there are no drivers for the audio 4 dj that go higher then 10.6, whilst I got 10.7.1..

hmmmm This is odd. I've also got Lion on my Mac, but my Audio 8 works fine, didnt have to reinstall anything. Have you Tried reinstalling the Audio 4 Drivers? Uninstall the Current Driver 1st, then reinstall the Audio 4 driver

I've got the same problem! I'm really sure that the device is okay cause i'm also using it on my other macbook with Leopard.

Micha, did you find a solution yet? Reinstall, like DJBzkr advised, doesn't help me any further.

 

Hi I'm having the same problem, gear works on my old pc, just bought a new mac and having same problems, reinstallation didn't do any justice. Any one else have any luck?

 

audio dj 4 & Mac w/ Lion

Hi,

I have a brand spanking new macbook pro 2nd gen 2.2ghz 15.4blablabla and it will not detect my audio 4 dj for use with tractor.

traktor installed fine.

I installed the drivers prior to connecting the audio4dj and i plug the device in and it is not seen by the OS. I try to set it as the output device as recommended by the Help but I cannot choose it as a device.

.. and yes, i've tried launching the Audio4 system config from the native interment root folder. It does not launch.


It works just fine on my PC and my friends Mac, so hardware problem is out of the question.


New Mac user, but not a freaking newbies. Can someone please help?

hello staff ni, please help me, the audio 8 dj drivers not starter the device whit traktor scracht pro 2 , all drivers not function ! win 7, 32 bit, codigo error 10, device no starter, installed correctley by high maneger win teacher, is possible send me the others drivers, olds, in ni page no disponible the olders drivers type 2.0.5 or 2.0.10, tks for your reply and suport.

 

the USB light flicker is a clear indicator that the drivers are not properly installed
