Audio 8 Buffer Size

    Hey Guys! I have a bit of a Random Question to ask, might sound dumb, but anyway.
    Is it ok to be running my Audio 8 at Maximum Buffer Size all the time? What are the Disadvantages of me doing this, because for me it would make sense to have it on Max due to lower latency and better sound quality, but it might also put unnecessary strain on the Sound Card.

    Any input is appreciated :) Tnx all
