Audio 8, Possible set up?

    Hello,

    I wanted to purchase the audio 8 to connect my set up to run with traktor pro 1.2.3

    My Set Up:
    Traktor Pro 1.2.3
    Windows 7
    Pair CDJ 400
    Pair Hercules MK2
    DJM 600 External Mixer Mode

    here is what i would like to do,

    Both CDJ 400's: HID Control "Works Fine"
    DJM 600 "External Mixer Mode"
    1st. Hercules MK2: Controls Deck C&D
    2nd Hercules MK2: Mapped to control effects.

    i would like to know if audio 8 will allow me to connect this as explained above.

    The Audio 8 won't limit your set-up in any way. Can you configure the midi output on the two Hercules so they will send MIDI through different channels so you won't be sending duplicate signals to Traktor?

    Yes, when you connect 2 DJ Console Mk2 on a computer, the first DJ Console Mk2 takes the MIDI channel 1 and the second DJ Console Mk2 takes the MIDI channel 2, you can check it with MIDI Ox.
