WOnder if anyone has seen this...

Load a track in, scrub forward to find cue or set grid check etc and when returning to the front of the track the audio has gone, there is just a flat line after the playback line...

scrub about a gain and audio behind uo dates but never after, I you return front would it goes again and needless to say is just air in playback. Only way is to re-load the track in that deck.... Anyone seen this or know how to stop it, seems to be 1 in 20 or something...

It happened to me this weekend, but never been able to reproduce it. Are you using CD timecode or Vynils?

Not sure if this may be caused by anomaly when analysing tracks...

Are you using aac format files?
If so this is a known issue.

Please file this with support. The cause of the problem is unkown.

right AAC and m4a files seemed to be very easy to reproduce the bad effects with... Tho for some reason some m4as were not so easy to get screwing up... have now converted all AACs to MP3 and annoyingly all m4as, thus tomorrow is a full trash and rebuild of the TP collection then re do beat grids and cues etc... painful tho I see no way 'round it... least all files will them be wav of 320 MP3, but think it's quite a few days work and prep!
