I have been having audio issues and I have spent a week trying to fix it. I followed all the audio tuning and troubleshooting articles I could find on this forum and on the internet. But no luck. I would appreciate any help!

My operating system is Windows 10 Pro. I am running Maschine 2.0 (most recent version) with Maschine Mk3, using the built-in audio interface. CPU usage is around 25%. but there is still problem. Note that I don't have this problem when using Windows' built in Realtek sound driver.

The problem is that the audio starts just fine, but soon after I hear cracks, it gets distorted and sound completely goes away. Same thing happens if I am simply listening music on the computer.. One of the articles suggest using LantencyMon to assess if the system is capable for processing audio. Each time I run the test, it detects no problem, all though the problems persist. I formatted my C drive and reinstalled the windows, but problem still persists. I don't know what to do Any idea what I should try?

I tried every sample rate combo of 44100/48000 with buffer size 128 thru 1024.

    Hey omerbozok,
What sound card are you using ? Do you have the latest drivers for it ? If it's an on board sound card, have you tried to install ASIO4All ?

I did also have the same Realtek audio driver problem and just solve it try everything I can do. So, I suggest you check your audio devices aren't muted and haven't been disabled. Right-click the Speakers icon on the taskbar, and then select Open Volume Mixer. You'll see a set of volume controls for your devices. Make sure none of them are muted. OR
You may Go to Control Panel (you can type it in the search box on the taskbar). Select “Hardware and Sound” and then just select “Sound”. When you see the Playback tab, right-click “Default Device” and then select “Properties”. Now, on the Advanced tab, under “Default Format”, change the setting, and click OK. This might help
