Audio Kontrol 1- Getting started issues..

HEY YA All !
First of all, just gonna say sorry for my bad english.

Ok, Ive just got my audio kontrol 1! seem to be very nice.
Now, I do not have any monitors or anything like that.. Just a sony stereo maching..

now..
Look closer to the stereo machine and you can see that there is only 1 audio in input..
So, I'm sending from the AK1 a cable to the input of the stereo (on the AK1 I connect the cable to OUTPUT 1 because the stereo machine has only one input)
So I can hear only from one side..
What I'm doing right now I'm just connecting the stereo machine to the headphones input on the AK1.. I dont think its a good solution..

problem 2:
I realy want to register my AK1 but, when I get to the SERVICE CENTER it doesn't show me anything on activating AK1?

You need a cable 2x female into 1 male stereo, something like (this photo) but the 2 ins are female, or the same cable but the cable must be longer...

 

Show your AK1 to your local electronics dealer and they'll sell you the right cable to connect to a home stereo. As for registering the AK1, you need to email customer support. The forms on this site ("Register Hardware" or something) don't work for many people and the AK1 doesn't show up in Service Center.

You get nothing for registering tho.
