Audio to event

    Hi

    Im quite new to reaktor and have a little question.
    Im trying to use the audio to event object to convert amplitude to frequency.
    But i have a problem understanding what im doing wrong.
    It only works if i connect a level meter to the input. But if i copy and paste this level meter and connect that one it doesnt work anymore. (picture attached)
    what am i doing wrong?
    any help appreciated..
