Auto mapping modules

I'd like to see some kind of automapping feature inside Absynth.

Click on a module or sub tab and that automatically maps to your controller.

Also, would be nice were you able to configure any controller, so it doesn't matter if it has 4, 8, 16 or any other numbers of dials and sliders.

Same for Envelopes, though that would have to be done in banks to cope with the complexity of Absynths possibilities.

I realise there's a certain amount of programmability already but it needs a lot of manual interaction which is a slow process.

 

In standalone mode it would be a nice feature for all NI synths! In Reaktor you can setup CCs for controls and save it with the ensemble. For Absynth, FM8 and Massive a template engine, like Traktor has, seems the best option. When using Live i often use the mapping option in Lives VST mapper to get the most usefull controls direct in Live or on my midi controllers, its very easy.

I still think my idea is quicker and better. Your method doesn't give the same flexibilty and would need constant alterations.
