Auto-Update browser after SAVE AS

    When the current browser folder is used in a Save As operation, the GUI doesn't fully reflect the folder update. The patch list mechanisms don't see the new patch until you select a different folder and then return to the current folder (the one you saved into).

    This should be automatically updated so you can do a Save As, and then immediately use the previous/next buttons, and the dropdown patch list (at the top of the GUI).
