Automation recording when..

    it should not be? I noticed when in playback and adjusting an effect parameter, the movement gets recorded (sometimes) without being in record or having the auto write enabled. Has anyone seen this behavior?

    Dragging the outer ring of a knob writes the automation wether recording or not. You can Reset the automation by double cliking on the ring also.

    Yeah you just have to make sure you're not dragging that outer ring with your mouse pointer. I do it all the time on accident and it's a pain in the ain.
