Awaiting Traktor Pro 2 Serial number?

    I am still awaiting my serial number for Traktor Pro 2 upgrade from LE 2 which I was informed should be sent to me shortly?
    i have received more emails in the process for this upgrade but am including the most relevant here.
    I am wondering who I should ask again about this and if anyone here has had a similar delay? I have also now asked product support about this with another ticket opened:

    What will I receive?

    An upgrade serial number for Traktor Pro 2 and installation instructions.

    How will I receive this?

    Via a newsletter that will be sent out to every registered Traktor LE for customer
    after April 2nd
    The newsletter will be sent out automatically every weekday around 8 am.

    I bought a brand new Kontrol X1 on April 21(even though still packaged with LE) as I was told I would receive a FREE UPGRADE to PRO2 then on May 30th an update to 2.5.

    I finally got my X1 registered after a week of dealing with customer support through ticket number 2012042210001847.

    I have downloaded and registered everything and still have no serial.

    I have not received any upgrade serial and have contacted support over this Ticket#2012050310004888 and also replying to the other ticket number and have not received even an explanation of what is happening about this.

    I already had LE2 with an Audio2 DJ that I bought prior to the new software packaging and have a Numark Mixtrack so to get an X1 and LE instead of a software upgrade was pointless but as NI announced that as of April 2 ALL hardware would now come with PRO2(update to 2.5 on May 30) and a downoad link and serial for products still in the old packaging. This is the reason I purchased an X1 instead of a software upgrade. With what I already have the X1 would fit into the setup perfect with PRO2 but is useless with LE.

    SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING RETURNING MY X1 IF THIS IS NOT FIXED VERY SOON.

    It's slowly turning into a game of verbal tennis.
    2 days ago I sent another inquiry. Have now received the exact same email response to my enquiry.

    Response was I should have registered it after April 2nd, (did this) should receive the upgrade serial number, and it ill come after 8am Berlin time?

    Still playing this patiently, so far. :angry:

    I am starting to think that NI has no intentions of giving the free upgrade to pro 2 and will stuff around until 2.5(with the new remix decks that won't be fully functional without a new F1). It is really starting to look more and more like they don't care about customer service or about providing what was advertised(guess it's my fault for rushing out and buying an X1 with LE packaged under the impression from NI that it would be upgraded, instead of waiting for an F1 with 2.5 already packaged).

    If it was a mobile phone or PC or MP3 player etc and it was over 2 weeks since its purchase and you still couldn't use it to its full capacity as promised you'd be mighty Pee'd off.

    Pick up your game NI because although your products are amazing they are completely useless with so many problems with activation, serials and CUSTOMER SERVICE !

    Serial Numbers for TP2

    Hello,

    Just wondering if you received your serial numbers? I bought TP2 last night and was wondering how long it takes?

    I can't believe this ...

    You don't send the serial number IMMEDIATELY after payment ? How is this possible ? I just bought the software to use immediately, and now ... I can't ?

    Okay, I received the serial number 15 minutes later ... It's not immediate, but it's fast enough !
