B3/C3 Drawbar Standalone MIDI Controller?

I would like a MIDI controller that:
* provides the physical interface of a B3/C3 Hammond organ, with smooth (not ratcheted) drawbars
* outputs arbitrary MIDI messages from each interface component (for example, I might configure the lowest drawbar to output messages of MIDI Controller Change 40, the next drawbar to output messages of CC 41, and so on)

I intend to use this MIDI controller to try out Hammond organ software synthesizers, like Native Instruments' B4 and Master Hammond B3, and eventually select one to record with.

I want the feel of real (smooth, not ratcheted) drawbars; I don't think sliders or other interfaces will be as playable.

I also don't want to be limited to a hardware sound module like XM2; I'd like to be able to try out several software synthesizers, as well as experiment with controlling very dissimilar software synths' parameters (for example, FM synthesis) with the MIDI controller.

I'm very willing to seek out discontinued gear and spend hundreds of dollars on a controller that fits my specs. What is the best option?





(I've checked out the following controllers, but haven't yet been convinced any of them meet all my specs):

Any one of these looks like it might meet my specs if it has smooth drawbar action. Does any of these controllers have such action?

NATIVE INSTRUMENTS B4D Organ Controller was reviewed stating "These drawbars feel more like the ratchet-style drawbars of the earlier model C2 organ, rather than the smooth drawbars of the C3 and B3 and A100." I'd like smooth drawbar action, so this one looks like it won't work for me.

The following seems to only work for a single hardware sound module, and isn't able to output arbitrarily configured MIDI messages:
