B4 II Drawbars

is their a way to stop the Drawbars from working backwards when using an external controller?
this is very irritating and it throw me off.

They're not actually working backwards. They move out with a greater MIDI value. Your controller happens to appear to work opposite in that the value increases as you move the slider up. If you view the slider as a drawbar, then it looks backwards.

You either have to reverse the sliders or the drawbars. I'm not sure B4II allows the drawbars to be reversed but it may. Your controller may or may not allow it.

Either way, it's not a tech support problem.

This is typical with software organs as I have used several. If you can locate a drawbar controller, it will work correctly because the MIDI value increases as you pull them out. I also used a Peavey PC1600 (16 slider controller) that allowed you to reverse the sliders.

 

It does. On the setup-page of B4II is a setting called "invert midi drawbars". See attachment.
