B4 II not recognised in Garageband

    I have just purchased the B4 II. I got it working easily with an M-Audio
    Keystation yesterday.
    Today when I try it, it is no longer recognised.
    It is also not recognised in Garageband neither is it in Cubase 5 essentials.
    I`m running it on an intel Mac OSX 10.5.
    Please help!
