    Hello,
I have updated the B4II of Komplete 4 to the version 2.0.3 and it requires to be activated but I can not. I launch the service center, shows that K4 is activated, but when I open the K4 to all the instruments I see B4II as not activated, so I mark it and to be activated and even that says that it has been in the next launch of B4II stills indicates that needs to be activated. I have repeated all the steps manu times but it is imposible. Any help?
    Regards
    Miguel

Similar problem here, and a "solution".

I had the update running for a couple of days, using it as VSTi only. Then something broke, possibly related to a screwed activation of "Massive as supplement". From then on, Service Center considered B4 II activated, but B4 II itself did not.

In my case, installing the 2.0.3 update a second time on top of the original installation (not uninstalling anything) set Service Center back on track, re-activation was now possible and went fine.

So far. 24 hours yet, that is.

I have the same problem too - it seems everything is going well but the "not activated" remains after I import the activation file. (I need to use the offline activation method).

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

Just in case it helps anyone else, I managed to activate my B4 II.

I think I did two things wrong:
    1. using the serial number of my B4 II, not the MacTel upgrade. Doh!
    2. activating B4 by running the service centre directly, rather than starting B4 then choosing "activate". I would have expected either to work but it was only going via B4 that worked for me.

To rescue this situation I uninstalled B4 and the service centre, removing all traces of both (.plist files in the preferences folders mainly) until service centre had no record of B4. I then activated B4 using the "activate" option when starting B4.

I did call NI support in Berlin and spoke to a really nice guy who asked me to e-mail my activation .html file to him. It's now two days since he said he'd email me back "in about half an hour." Mmm.

Anyway I hope this helps others - looks like we need to help each other rather than rely on NI.

    Steven
