backordered but still taking money - come on NI!

    This all i've recieved 6 days ago. I ordered K9U crossgrade on the 3rd.

    That email was 6 days ago. Not heard from them since. I know it's a great offer, but it's not good enough on their behalf. They should of expected/planned for this happening. I've been buying from NI for a couple of years now and i would want the truth about my order. Not just some south park "We're sorry" BS.

    I just checked the sale page on K9U. Ships within 1-2 business days? Maybe they have sorted it out, but just not bothered to tell us :/

    It's so confusing. I just wish that their support tickets actually worked so we could get a reply.

    I spoke too soon. My Komplete 9 came in 2 days before I made this post. My wife put it with a bunch of empty boxes I had stashed in my jam room & I didn't notice it. I placed my order on Nov 28. It was delivered to my door step on the 10th. 8 business days.

    Good job NI, keep it up.

    I was just about to mention the extra delay until i saw this thread. It's rather annoying since when I ordered the order stated that it was delayed between 2-10 business days. Which is fine because that's what I expected, but now when I look on here and on their product page it says 4-8 weeks and I received no email, nothing about the extra delay. So yes it is rather frustrating since I would've liked it before the holidays. Makes me want to get a not legal copy instead and just cancel my order. I would have a totally different attitude if NI would just send an email out to those that ordered explaining or stating the extra delay (if there is one with the particular order). Also the fact that they have already charged my account is upsetting.
