    This Is Related To The Traktor Kontrol S3 DJ Controller

    I have been a happy customer with the software & few hardware purchases, but upon purchasing the above mentioned controller, not realizing the major issue, NOT only with the S3 model, but also the S2 model, the NI team clearly is not interested in solving this problem.

    I have read threads of customers who HAVE been begging & pleading the NI Team to look into the audio issue they are experiencing. I have posted, tagged some of the team members..... I the result

    What is soooooo fascinating about the changes & focus on upcoming beta versions / RC is that Streaming Services are more important than the hardware being manufactured & released onto the market.

    Quite disappointing to say.

    Unfortunately I cannot return the unit which has been purchased for me as a gift. Used the device on 3 or 4 occasions, following various threads possible solutions, the result is the same.

    What my thoughts / take / view on this issue is simple.....

    The coding related to these 2 particular units needs to be addressed, it has been done on a particular dj controller model (cannot recall which unit) but NI has resolved a low audio issue with that unit & the DB has increased significantly after several requests from users. Not sure what is different to these particular devices which cannot be addressed.

    Not to bore anyone, I have decided to take a different path & move to Serato and have purchased the Roland DJ-505 DJ Controller.

    I have taken the time to do research on this device & have seen excellent reviews based on it.

    To those djs (including myself) who owns an S2 / S3 device.....

    All the best forward if this issue cannot be addressed.
