I watched the demo at NAMM. It has lots of pretty lights and looks like a Christmas tree in a dark booth. The power blew midset -- I dunno if the device was responsible; I doubt it. Maybe it works great, but I think it's ugly as hell.

i quite like the layout, although it could be a bit more pioneer/vestax looking. the lights are a bit OTT, but as far as a sensible layout with all the buttons and pots that i want in a controller, it's great. and some lights are better than no lights at all!

i'm really hoping the new feena controller will be something like a cross between this and the vestax controller (which i can never remember the name of - VPC-100 i think?). any comment chaps?

either way i'd rather have the option to have controllers without the built-in soundcard. £600 in the uk (http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/flypage/product_id/21208) is way too much, and far too out-of-whack with the us pricing ($750 ish).

insert comment about 'rip off britain' here ;]
