Bank Load Error: Format mismatch ibla Order -8486749....

I'm collaborating with another Maschine user. We are using the Maschine plugin within Live 8. Both on PC.

I started the project file and when the other guy opens the Live file on his end we get a Bank Load error:

"Format mismatch ibla Order -848674981 Size 3370862"

No sounds come up on his end.

We're using only samples from the NI Maschine Library.

Any idea how to correct this?

i don't know this error but i would think that Live can't find the samples because the computer is different and so the paths to the samples are different.

i suggest you send him the Maschine Project as well as the Live file. if he has the Maschine project then he can check if it loads in Standalone Mode.

Thanks, Sowari. I have sent him both the live and .mprj file. Still get the error. When he tries to load a project file that i create, he gets an error that says: "Error loading, this is not a project file"
