Batter 3.1 - The Installation failed.

    Sadly I have to come on here and waste more precious music making time but has anyone else ran into this installation error?

    I download the update tried to install it and got this...

    I tried reinstalling, restarting, logging off with no luck. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
