Battery 2 & 3 don’t activate

    I am currently rebuilding my PC following an upgrade.
    Previously Battery 2 & 3 worked quite happily.
    Now, although all the other upgrades to Komplete 2 ( Kontakt 2 & 3, FM8 etc) are working fine, when I try to activate Battery 2 or 3 I get a "no qualifying base product is registered" message. Grateful for any suggestions
