Battery 3 Invalid System ID

    Hello all,

    I am pretty annoyed with this nonsense. I think NI instruments are great
    but this service center caper is mad. I am on Macbook Pro 2.16 and I use Reaktor, B4II, Elektrik Piano, Absynth and Guitar Rig. I decided to upgrade to Battery 3 as I needed the Intel version and was dead excited and then the the 'invalid system id message pops up'. I have emailed you twice now, still no reply.
    I undertand there being queues etc. Can this please be sorted as I would be very grateful. I work for a Music Instrument retailer and sell your software and cards every day and I find your lack of response totally unacceptable. When I spoke to your UK distributor they told me it can take up to a month which is frightening for a response. I did not purchase something not to use it for the first month. This may sound harsh but can this be sorted out please.

    Hello Shea,

    I see that my colleague has answered your request this morning. The serial number you gave us is not in our database and therefore won't work. Could you double check the serial and send us the ARF file from Service Center as explained in the announcement at the top of this forum in case that the problem is not solved by now.

    Still System Id is invalid!

    I have tried everything. I installed Battery 1, Battery 2 update and Battery 3. The problem is definitely the serial no. It is invalid. I have also taken a snapshot using to show you that I have not typed in the wrong number. Battery 1 and 2 are both authorised but no luck with 3. Can you simply issue me with another serial number. Every other piece of NI software pre/post service center is activated. So I would like another number to be issued as soon as possible.

    please try again now. There was a problem with this serial on our side. This has now been fixed. I apologize for the inconveniences.

    Hi,

    I have exactly the same problem. I triple checked the serial number
    to be entered correctly. And then the "Invalid System ID" error message appears. Battery 2 has been authorized without a problem.

    I alreaday emailed NI registration support, yesterday but no reply until now.

    there seems to be a problem with a few Battery 3 serial numbers. We will try to fix this quickly. In your case it should work now. Sorry for the inconveniences.
