Battery 3 plugin won't work

    Evening all.

    I've got problems with the battery 3 plugin.

    It's in the correct folder and activated but it won't load in Cubase (up-to-date versions of both).

    During the start-process in C4, it freezes as it's loading the VST 2.* folder - on Battery 3. I've moved between possible VST paths, but to no avail?

    The standalone works fine, any ideas?

    Oh, and it doesn't appear in the C4 'plugin information' within 'devices' either.

    XP SP2 etc...

    This is starting to piss me off now. I've re-installed etc. but still no joy.

    Also, what's up with the Service Centre? Every time I fire it up it tells me there's a new version - which I install...for it to tell me there's a new version - which I install...for it to tell me there's a new version..........

    please contact tech support and enter the exact versions of all applications and your system specs in the form. Make sure that you have updated your software to the current versions before.

    aaargh! It's Cubase!

    The latest versions - 4.12 and the 'Hotfix' won't load B3 or K3...

    They don't even load Halion. Comedy.

    ...hang on a minute. I was holding out for 4.10 to work but that won't load B3 either?

    Marius - are B3 and K3 VST2.3 compliant?

    I'm still trying to work out what's happening and this is the only possible stumbling block I can find, at the moment?

    I'm going to put further details to tech support, cheers.

    Bump.

    Any ideas guys?

    Cubase 4.1.2 still can't find K3 or B3. I've left it to scan during the splash screen/update for 18 minutes with K3...

    Is anybody having any problems or even running these successfully together?

    ! For those who tried to help - cheers.

    It turns out the the ASIO driver for my TC Konnekt 24D was causing the problem. I'm now using the ASIO4all driver and have achieved DAW/NI harmony.

    Who knew?

    Hi whispermode,

    thanks for the update. Indeed, we have now heard this from several users, and there seems to be an issue related to Konnekt and the user of Cubase in conjunction with our plugins. We have contacted TC regarding this problem.

    I have this same problem with Cubase Studio 4, Konnekt 24D and only 2 of the Komplete Classics (AKOUSTIK PIANO and ELEKTRIK PIANO, the other 2 run properly).

    I am wondering if there is any new information on this.

    Does anyone know if it will be a new driver or update?

    Will it be a TC Electronics, Cubase or Native Instruments fix?
