Battery 3 startup error

    I have installed (and RE-INSTALLED!) Battery 3 many times in many ways (with Update, without update, as a Stand Alone, as a VST, etc)

    I keep getting an ERROR message when I start the program.

    Reads my Serial Number and Activates it no problem. Just can't start the program!
