This was always a feature in past versions. I know it seems silly for me to want it but it's worked well for me all this time, I don't see why they wouldn't at least still keep it as an option.

Please please please put it back. I bought Battery 4 because I can't use Battery 2 on my new machine, and I can't go back to Battery 3 because NI is saying I'll have to pay for it. Not cool brah.

    Thanks,
    Don

Ha yeah I know but the point is to not need a MIDI controller. It's one more thing I need to bring, plus I'll need a sustain pedal or something, because I use it for sounds in between songs. All I had to do was press and hold a key, press the shift key, and then when I let go it would hold that key down. Then to turn it off all I had to do was press it again. With a long attack and long release they would fade nicely, and my hands would be free to tune my drums or make adjustments. I really see no reason as to why they can't just make it an option.

Besides My 2 USB ports are already being used, one for a MIDI controller for my singer, and one for a Mandala pad for me.
