Battery 4 - master volume & last cell playback weirdness

Hi everyone -

I'm using v4.1.2.2354 on OS 10.8.5 and I'm having some issues I don't remember having before.

First, if I create a kit and lower the master volume in Battery and save the kit, the master volume resets to 0dB in Ableton Live 9.1 when I load the project. However, the master volume stays at the desired level when the kit was saved if I open the kit while in standalone mode.

Also, when I reload Battery I have it set to open a blank kit. The weird thing is that it seems to play whatever sound I last edited in a kit when it loads in either standalone or as a plugin. It's rather startling at times!

Anyone else having these issues?

Getting a similar problem on my Scan 3xs windows7 i7 64 pc and my mates mac also, stand alone and vst with newest version of Batt 4
Happens in Acoustic kits with Le in them i.e Stadium Le etc.
Try loading the above and listen to 2 different sounds/cells, swap their positions over with each other
i.e drag and drop one on top of the other.
The pitch has now changed drasticaly on at least one of them but usually both.
Also try replacing one of the cells with a different sample from the sample list.
Have auto play on whilst choosing the new sound to get an idea of what it should sound like.
When you put it into Batt 4 the sound has changed pitch.
Also as a vst if you do this then close the Gui and open it again the new sound is played upon opening.

So yes I am having the same issues, it's weird.
Have sent tech support message to Ni and now waiting for response.

Nothing as yet from NI.
Did you try doing any of the comments I stated above & get the same results.
Doesn't happen with other kits in B4 as far as I have tested but too many to try on all of them.

This is the reply from NI.
this might happen because of the Mapping of the respective Cell the Sample
might be triggered on a different key and will be played back in a different
chromatic tone. (Pitched)
