i was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. When I go to load my battery 4 library into kontakt I get the normal enter password and hit ok pop up but then when it's all said and done it's not visible in the instrument tab.... When I try to reload again it says it is already there.? Anyone have this issue? I am using a Mac btw and when I go to my applications folder/ battery 4 folder I see the documentation, kits, samples folders but no instrument icon... Could this be the possible reason I'm not seeing it when it's loading into kontakt?

How exactly did you try to load Battery into Kontakt?
And any specific reasons why you want to do this instead of simply using Battery itself (either standalone or as plugin)?

Well I was trying to load it in as a plugin. I bought the komplete files 2nd hand and downloaded all the files unto my computer. All the other instruments loaded just fine into kontakt and so did battery but it just doesn't show in the instrument rack but it seems like it's loaded but just doesn't show. Now when I go the the samples themselves I can drag them into the kontakt player and mess with them individual

Yes, you can use samples or audio files in Kontakt.
But Battery itself (like Kontakt) is used either as standalone application or as plugin (inside a DAW or plugin host). You cannot directly use Battery inside Kontakt ...

More info in general can be found on the corresponding product pages:
    As example:

As a side note: In addition to the included manuals (accessible via the Help menu) you can find some useful info also in the Knowledge Base:
