Battery receives velocity 100 from Nuendo, but triggers velocity 99 in Battery?

    Why does Battery "Trigger" a velocity that is one below what it actually receives.

    Send Battery a velocity of 125 and it triggers a velocity of 124.
    Send Battery a velocity of 83 and it triggers a velocity 82.
    Etc, etc, etc....

    ***

    Can this be adjusted inside Battery, so 100 means 100!
